Welcome to Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Gurdwara
The Gurdwara Sahib is also referred to as a Sikh Temple, where Sikhs come to congregate and practice their faith. The Sikh Religion revolves around three fundamental core beliefs, one of them is to remember and believe in One God. Secondly, to earn an honest living and thirdly to share a proportion of these earnings within the community/ with the needy and disadvantages (no matter which background they are from). The Sikh religion teaches the equality of all human beings.
Anyone can come to the Sikh Temple, there is no restriction against any religion/ caste.
Religious programmes are conducted on a daily basis and cultural learning is held on Sundays.
The Gurdwara Sahib has a religious priest (Granthi Ji) which conduct religious duties.
Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Gurdwara when opened at 32 St Andrew’s Drive in the late 1960’s by the Sikh Community.
Since the last 50 years, the local Sikh Community has been congregating at 32 St Andrew’s Drive every Sunday and serves langar to its community.
